Testimonial:

“How exciting is it to say that I’m Miss United States? I began working with Heather a little over one year ago. I found her on social media! Once I reached out to her, I heard back almost immediately after.

I’m a strong pageant competitor but I was in my head a lot and allowed other people’s opinions to easily sway me. Each pageant I did what someone else wanted me to do. Heather encouraged me to not only do what makes me happy but to also develop a Mental Management program.
I began think, speak, move, and refer to myself as a winner. I stopped comparing myself to other girls. I followed a step by step process, mental program before practicing and before each phase of competition. I recorded my progress in my performance analysis journal. I wrote my affirmation daily. In time, I began to feel confident in myself enough to trust my training and innate abilities. I went from not placing twice at nationals to making top 10 at Miss United States last year, to winning Miss VA United States, and winning Miss United States this year! My mental program became second nature!

Heather also helped me with interview and verbalizing my platform and mission for my year. I always enjoyed interview but I learned to make my interview intentional. We worked together on phrasing and telling my personal story that I was so afraid to talk about for a number of years. Heather empowered me to speak my truth and helped lead to a place of full self acceptance. We discussed my environment and making sure that my close circle wasn’t talking to me about other competitors and that criticism was only constructive. This gave me the nurturing environment that I needed to stay positive.

She helped me accomplish my ultimate pageant dream of being Miss United States! I don’t know if I will compete in the future but if I do I will never hesitate to work with Heather again! This was what I needed to make competing fun and empowering! She helped me stop living in my head of constant judgement and comparison and to be present and realize how awesome I really am and that “it is like me to win”.
I am so thankful to Heather and her family for the literature, audios, and Mental Management System that helped me tap into the winning spirit that I always had within!”
